Rotom-Mow, also known as Mow Rotom, is a dual-type Electric/Grass Pokémon that appears when Rotom possesses a lawn mower. This unconventional form turns Rotom-C into a marginally threatening attacker capable of utilizing its decent offensive stats and support options to function as an offensive pivot. Notably, in this form, it learns the move Leaf Storm. The transformation turns Rotom's body into a state similar to electricity or plasma, allowing it to enter some machines and seize control, often causing mischief. However, in this form, its movesets lean more towards the durable side, similar to Rotom-Wash, rather than offensive like Rotom-Heat. Mow Rotom is known for mowing down grass and flowers and then proudly swaggering around after causing such havoc. It's a bothersome Pokémon, often scattering grass clippings everywhere. It exhibits bizarre mechanisms within the structure of the misshapen wheelbarrow it inhabits. Initially introduced in Generation IV with Ghost as its secondary type, the form change to Mow Rotom brings a significant shift in its abilities and behavioural patterns. This Pokémon is particularly known to infiltrate electronic devices, creating chaos with its unique abilities.
