Blaziken is a Fire/Fighting type Pokémon from the third generation of Pokémon (Generation III). It is known as the Blaze Pokémon. Blaziken carries the ID Number: 257 in the Pokémon world. Blaziken is a bipedal, chicken-like Pokémon. The majority of Blaziken's body is red with accents of beige, yellow, and gray. A patch of tan colored feathers covers its lower body and legs, resembling pants and ending in sharp, pointy claws. Its relatively light color is contrasted by a dark black blaze going upward from its belly towards its face, which gives this Pokémon its name. Blaziken's blue eyes are semicircular with yellow sclerae, and its face is also covered with a feather crest. Its unique physical attributes hint at its outstanding abilities in its battle style, which involves a mix of fiery punches and kicks. Blaziken has the power to make flames spout from its wrists, enveloping its knuckles. Its punches scorch its foes. As for evolution, Blaziken evolves from Combusken, and this happens starting at level 36. Combusken is the evolved form of Torchic, one of the starter Pokémon from Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire -- when leveled up to 16, Torchic evolves into Combusken. Blaziken also has a Mega Evolution, in which it transforms into Mega Blaziken, using a specific Mega Stone, an item named Blazikenite.
