Cyclizar is a green, reptilian Pokémon that resembles a lizard and belongs to the dragon/normal type category. This species was first introduced in Generation 9. The head of this creature is mainly black, accented with a swath of green that extends from its casque to its lower jaw. Cyclizar is well-known and prevalent in the Paldea region, having been a staple in many households since ancient times. It has an easy-going disposition and is often seen with people riding on its back, a sight that Cyclizar does not seem to mind. The common belief is that the warmth from the rider helps this Pokémon counteract the cold. This Pokémon is impressively swift, capable of reaching speeds over 70 mph even while carrying a human. The rider's body temperature warms Cyclizar's back, boosting the Pokémon's spirit. Cyclizar also possesses an ability called Shed Skin that allows it to cure its own status conditions. With each turn, it stands a chance of healing its status condition independently. Cyclizar's moves include a physical attack where it charges and slams its whole body into its target, as well as Growl, a Normal-type attack.
