Toedscruel, known as リククラゲ (Rikukurage) in Japanese, is a dual Ground/Grass Pokémon first introduced in Generation IX. This unique species evolves from Toedscool starting at level 30. Seemingly similar to Tentacruel in appearance, Toedscruel is, however, a different species distinguished by key characteristics. Toedscruel is known to form colonies deep within forests where they dislike any approach by strangers. It's especially recognized for its ten tentacles that it uses to coil around its prey, sucking out their nutrients and causing pain. This process also allows Toedscruel to siphon the energy of the said prey. Among its most effective abilities, Toedscruel can use moves such as Earth Power and Rapid Spin. These capabilities make it a formidable leading Pokémon, especially when taking Glimmora down to its Focus. Additionally, the folds along the rim of its head are considered a popular delicacy. This Pokémon belongs to the Grass Egg Group and can be found in the Scarlet and Violet Pokedex.
