Cosmog is a Psychic-type Legendary Pokémon that was introduced in the Seventh Generation of the Pokémon franchise, within the games Pokémon Sun and Moon. This Pokémon is known as the Nebula Pokémon, referencing its celestial nature. Cosmog is small in size and resembles a floating, blue, and starry cloud. It is surrounded by a misty aura, with its big and blue eyes as its only visible facial features. Even though Cosmog is very endearing, it's not particularly useful in battle due to its low stats and limited movepool. It only knows two moves: Splash and Teleport, both of which lack offensive capabilities. Cosmog has a unique evolutionary line in the Pokémon series. It first evolves into Cosmoem, another Psychic-type Pokémon, starting at level 43. Cosmoem, in turn, evolves into either Solgaleo or Lunala starting at level 53, depending on whether the game is played in Pokémon Sun or Pokémon Moon. The evolutions are part of the "Cosmic Evolution" and all these Pokémon are celebrated for their role within the lore of Pokemon Universe.
