Farigiraf, known as Rikikirin in Japanese, is a dual-type Normal/Psychic Pokémon introduced in Generation IX. It is the evolved form of Girafarig, with the evolution triggered when leveled up while knowing Twin Beam. Farigiraf has 10 times the psychic power of its predecessor Girafarig, thanks to the synced brainwaves from its head and tail. Farigiraf is known for its abilities Cud Chew and Armor Tail. Cud Chew is a new Ability that appears for the first time in these titles, allowing the Pokémon to eat a Berry in a particular manner. Armor Tail, on the other hand, provides protection to Farigiraf and its allies from opposing forces. In terms of battle, it's immune to Ghost types, resists Psychic types but is weak against Bug and Dark types. It also serves as one of the bulkiest Trick Room setters in the game meta, with its ability Armor Tail offering valuable protection against priority moves. The Pokémon holds its place in the Pokédex with artwork by Ken Sugimori.
