Frigibax, known as セビエ Sebie in Japanese, is a dual-type Dragon/Ice Pokémon that debuted in Generation IX. This Pokémon has the unique ability to absorb heat through its dorsal fin and converts the heat to ice energy. Interestingly, the higher the temperature, the more energy Frigibax can store. Frigibax evolves into Arctibax starting at level 35. It's natural habitats are forests and rugged areas, where it uses its dorsal fin power to cool its nest, much like a refrigerator. In battle, Frigibax displays a vulnerability to Dragon, Fairy, Fighting, Rock and Steel type moves, and sees a boost in Windy and Snow weather conditions. Its base stats are comprised of 65 hit points (HP), 75 attack, 45 defense, 35 special attack (Sp. Atk), and 45 special defense (Sp. Def). Frigibax also holds the impressive position as the pre-evolution of the dragon pseudo-legendary Baxcalibur.
