Description:
Zapdos is a dual-type Electric/Flying Legendary Pokémon. It is one of the three winged mirage Legendary Birds of the Kanto region, the others being Articuno and Moltres. It's most known for its striking appearance, resembling a large bird covered in bright, yellow feathers with black colored wings and light blue eyes. Zapdos is known as the electric Pokémon for a reason. It has the ability to harness electricity from the atmosphere, making its electric-based attacks extremely potent. When Zapdos flaps its glittering wings, it is said to cause thunderstorms. As a legendary Pokemon, Zapdos does not have any known evolution forms. In the Galar region however, Zapdos has a different form known as Galarian Zapdos, which is a Fighting/Flying type Pokémon with a different appearance and abilities.
